Voyeur or Exhibitionist:  Which one are you?

While at times I may come across as shy and reserved (this actually happens to me so don't laugh), in a sexual atmosphere I turn into an exhibitionist. I remember a time when Soccer Dad and I were at the old Pleasure Palace (now Eyz Wide Shut), he was fucking me doggie style, the door was open (which was permitted by the club at that time, but no longer) and we had a group of voyeurs watching us go at it. I casually waved hello to our spectators - something I was scolded for later on, but I loved the interaction with those enthralled by our performance.

I don't mind at all being the first one naked in a group of four or a group of 10. Whether you are Ken and Barbie or just regular people like myself and Soccer Dad, the swinger world is very open and inviting. You certainly don't have to be perfect to play in my room and showing off your confident sexy side is even more of a boost to the over all tone of the event.

With my research I learned that men are prone to enjoy watching more than performing whereas women enjoy showing off exhibition style.

The swinger lifestyle can be like living in a porn. You get to see the physical action literally inches from yourself as well as participate in the fun. Women love attention, it's a simple truth whether you like it or not. This easily explains why most of us love exhibitionism. We want the oooo's and ahhh's, the sexy comments, and really enjoy the excitement we can create. And men fall for it hook, line and sinker. They love watching a woman please herself and others! Visual things turn men on and thus explains the common answer of voyeur with many.

While many did respond with both - we all know that everyone will lean more one way than the other. Women enjoy watching another woman or man perform independently while only a small portion of men in the lifestyle will enjoy watching both independently as well.

Whether you are a voyeur or exhibitionist, a swinger or vanilla, wanna be or used to ....a little excitement is good either way. Mentally we can all be voyeurs and even if you only have an audience of one (yourself), enjoy yourself, show off a little in the mirror. Be an exhibitionist. It's good for your ego and confidence!
